A little about us
Ecohush manufactures architectural acoustic products that reduce excessive echo, reverberation and noise to eliminate ear and brain fatigue, so people can feel more comfortable, focused, less stressed, and thrive better in their working environments. Our Ecohush products came to life by using recycled and recyclable materials, both of which are good for the planet and good for acoustics. We are conscious of our environmental impact, and will, therefore, collaborate to achieve continuous improvements in lowering our carbon footprint.
We also want to create a sustainable future for our people, customers, and communities, which is why we invest in crafting durable products with high-quality materials; and in the long run, produce less waste.
Our raw materials
In keeping with best practices from LEED, WELL, and the Indian Green Building Council, our products are made from a minimum of 50% recycled raw materials and must be 100% recyclable, and further are manufactured using a lean process through a network of Indian family-owned SME factories, minimizing wasteful production and storage. Most products are shipped direct from factory to end-user, minimizing the carbon footprint.
We also want to create a sustainable future for our people, customers, and communities, which is why we invest in crafting durable products with high-quality materials; and in the long run, produce less waste.
Recycled PET (Bisleri Bottles)
With our acoustic PET Felt panels we give new life to plastic bottles. All panels are made from recycled plastic bottles. Due to the porous structure, the material also has great acoustic properties. Pleasant to the eyes, ears and environment.
Mixed Wood Fiber Waste
Recycled Polyurethane Open-Cell Foam
Polyurethane itself is sustainable: obtaining it produces a very small amount of CO2 emissions. A large part of the raw material used to manufacture polyurethane insulating foam comes from the chemical recycling of polyurethane waste. 50% of the polyols used to obtain our open-cell polyurethane foam can come from this recycling, without affecting its performance in any way.
