PET Felt is made of recycled plastic, mostly plastic bottles. The collected plastic is first cleaned, then finely ground and processed into a fibre. From these fibres are made mats, which are then felted. That felt is heated and pressed into a panel. From these panels, you can make any type of product.

PET Felt is incredibly versatile, flexible, and safe. It’s lightweight and easy to process. There are no dangerous emissions coming out of the material. PET Felt also has a B1 Fire rating, meaning that it is difficult to be set on fire.

With our extensive collection of PET Felt products, there is always something that fits your design. All these products are conceived and executed by our own designers. We also supply custom PET Felt designs. Almost any design can be made with this flexible material. Everything is produced and assembled at our own production location in India. Sustainability

With our acoustic PET Felt panels we give new life to plastic bottles. The panels are made from recycled plastic bottles. Due to the porous structure, the material also has great acoustic properties. Pleasant to the eyes, ears and environment.

Every design is optimized to avoid cutting loss. Nothing is glued to facilitate recycling. During production, residual material is unavoidable, and we recycle it into filling for our acoustic products. We also use larger pieces of residual material as packaging.

We only use brown, unprinted cardboard with paper tape that is recycled together. The boxes are tailor-made to make transport as efficient as possible. We also transport as little as possible on pallets. Our head office is LEED-ready and energy neutral.
